TSSC Norfolk March Meet Report
It was good to see a few Triumphs in the car park, hopefully as the weather gets warmer there will be even more. Unfortunately my attempt at some nighttime Triumph photography still needs some work. Hopefully I'll work out how to focus the camera in the dark by the next meeting...
Among the topics that interrupted the general chat was the Drive it Day Scatter Treasure Hunt on 24th April, the Sandringham Pageant of Motoring event on 5th June (we have 13 Triumphs booked in including a full set of Spitfires for the Spitties 60th anniversary), and a convoy to Helmingham Festival of Classics on August 7th to park up in a group. Also a change of date for the Fish and Chip run to Cromer now to be held on Friday 20th May.
Lastly a suggestion to make our run outs Carbon Neutral with the planting of trees to offset the CO2 emissions produced on our runs. Enquiries are being made with Tree-V (as used by the FBHVC) and Norfolk County Council and other local wildlife trusts. Details to follow.
